My #1 goal is just flat out fat loss as well as a little muscle gain.
Ill state this info 1st so hopefully it helps people out in helping me out LOL.

Iam a 24 year old M, 230lbs (As of last Mon that is) an my goal weight is 190lbs (Give or Take).
NOW haha, what would a good daily calorie budget in helping me see my goal weight be...

Also muscle gain wise I just mainly stick to biceps an triceps. Oh an to lose my man boobs as well LOL.
