Scooby exercise level help

Hi, I'm a little bit confused about what I should set my exercise level as on scooby workshop. I am going to be strength training on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 30 - 45 minutes, stationary bike on a Tuesday for 30 - 40 minutes and jogging on a Saturday and Sunday for a minimum of 30 minutes. I don't know if this should go under 1-3 hours light exercise or 3-5 hours moderate exercise. Thanks in advance :)

    So basically you are working out 6 days a week, Thursday being your rest day.

    If I were to to that, I would classify it as 5-6 hrs/wk of strenuous exercise.

    But I'm not working out for 5-6 hours? I'm only working out 6 days a week but shorter times because I have a young baby and don't have time to do fewer longer workouts?

    I'd go for moderate.

    Go for moderate then.

    Observe how this goes for you then adjust if needed.

    I would do the 1-3 hours moderate.
