Skinny Water!
I've been drinking a cup or two of this everyday and I love it so I thought I'd share!
In 2 quarts of water, peel and cut 1 cucumber(thinly sliced), 1 lemon(thinly sliced), 10-12 mint leaves, and some grated ginger. It tastes great! I drink plain water all day anyway but this is a nice flavorful change

I've seen that a lot on Pinterest but I haven't ever tried it. Normally I just put a bunch of cut lemons in my water...I'll have to give this a try!0

I've been doing either cucumber OR lemons. I'm going to mix it up and add the mint and ginger. Thanks for the recipe!0

I do the cucumber/lemon thing all the time!!! It's delish!0

BWAHAHAHAHA....skinny water Now, if only I can avoid all those extra calories I get from the numerous servings of fat air I take in every day.0

Usually I just drink water. It comes out of my kitchen sink, anytime I want it. No additives or preservatives. And it's water.0

Bump...this sounds delish! I need a way to drink more water...I drink it, but I really don't much like plain water and I have to force it down.0

In the morning I start off with apple/cinnamon water. Put two Fugi apples cut up, 2 sticks of cinnamon and cover it half way with ice in a pitcher and than add water. Let it sit over night and it is really refreshing. I also drink lemon water as a change up in the morning. After that, it's regular water all day long. :drinker:0

But does it still 'count' as water once you've added stuff to it? :laugh:0

won't the cucumber and lemon end up putting me over my daily sugar allowance? sounds unhealthy to me.0

It's called skinny water because supposedly it helps to boost your metabolism.0 -
sounds refreshing0
-
Also, for all you downers...there's 6cals in an 8oz. cup and NO sugar
Try it if it sounds good to you, if not keep your "funny" comments to yourself.0 -
Sounds like it might taste good and might be very refreshing. I wouldn't get too excited over the "boost metabolism" part, though.0

I really thought this recipe was going to be
Step 1: Grab glass
Step 2: Hold glass under faucet
Step 3: Turn on water
Step 4: Once glass is full, turn off water
Step 5: Bring glass to mouth
Step 6: Drink water0
