  • Funny to think that Yo looked like the average every day girl before we began training her in my bodybuilding style since the last week of October 2012. This is just 4 months training to achieve her body/results. Never before have I met a woman who trains as hard and is as dedicated to the sport as I. Dream come true!

Yo before she started training with me...

OMG, I checked out all the posts and the stories are so INSPIRATIONAL! From brain surgery to over 300lbs lost to transforming what most would consider a "normal" body into a "AWESOME" body by weight lifting.

I love this site, for every day I am reminded I can get to my goal by walking/running the road others have done ahead of me.

    Thank you all for sharing.

Program - lift heavy. eat alot. I prefer to aim for the goal on every nutrition label Ive ever seen in America - "servings and nutritional value based on a 2000 calories diet"

    Good luck!

Heres some from my success story thread :)

Hi - I wanted to share my story so others in a similar position know it can be done :)

I weighed 173.1 kilos/380 pounds in august 2006. I have PCOS and was obviously very unhealthy, I struggled with life and was really if nothing changed looking at life confined to my home.

I lost my weight by counting calories, exercising 4-6 days per week (primarily cardio/les mills classes with a minimum 1 PT session of resistance per week)

This is me in April 2006 at 173.1 kilos/380 pounds

    I am currently 90 kilos/198 pounds

I hope my pics inspire someone :) If anyone wants to add me for continued support/motivation (I still wanna lose another 40 pounds) fee free to add me :)

I am REALLY new to this, and now I am actually about 5 weeks in (10 pounds down), but this was at 3 weeks (6 pounds). Not as inspiriational as all the other people with these amazing transformations, but we all have our own journy to enjoy. :)

Wow. What an inspiration you are. You look great. You must be really fit because you don't look at all like you weigh 199. Congratulations.

Hi - she trains with me as my fiancee

I used to have a thread on here I kept up on her diet and training but due to haters we moved it to somewhere we can control so take a look at www.team-wild.com and you can see her diet/training (inc videos) and supplements she uses.

Drop me her a message here (her MFP is www.myfitnesspal.com/yo_lazarov).

    All the best.
