motivation! for when it all feels lost...

saturday, weather was horrible, stressed, having a generally bad day. to top it off i left my rear car window open in the rain, all my stuff soaked! needed sugar so ate 2 pink iced doughnuts, the ones from greggs, soooooo gooood! neway needed to go gym as had no time friday. get there, its closed! booooo!

i could have said "F£$K IT!" ill start again on monday......not this lad!

got home, grabbed some canned tomato's out of the cupboard, after a warm up of running up and down the stairs and jumping jacks proceeded to "shadow box" with said canned fruit, 20 mins, sweating like a boss! oh crap! what about legs, cant go for a run, what do? i know! lay on the floor "bicycle kicks" 30 mins ooooosh! onto weights....dont own any? go old skool! 30 mins of situps, pushup and squats! smashed it!

dont let a bad day keep you from achieving your goals.
