Really cool water recipe!!

I make this all the time!!
Water
Malted Barley
Hops
Yeast
Steep the barley in the hot water for about an hour, and then strain the water off the grains. Bring the water to a boil and add some hops. Boil for one hour. Allow the water to cool below 90 degrees, and then add yeast. Cover tightly (air tight) and allow to sit for 8-10 weeks.
Tastes soooo good that I can only have a few servings at a time!!!

Its one of my favorite recipes and I've been sprayed in the face before from pent up pressure.... Its not pretty...0 -
