About the size of your fist. Or buy a scale. I always underestimate but I don't eat back my exercise calories to make up for the inaccuracies. I'll buy a scale eventually... heck nm I'm buying one now lol.0

I agree with buying a scale to measure your foods. You should always measure foods instead of eyeball a portion or use measuring cups.
For example, I have a protein powder I use now and again. A serving is obviously one of the scoops that come with the protein powder. It also lists a grams listing beside the 1 scoop serving size. The scoop of protein powder actually weighs more than the grams listed. The same for my oatmeal. A 1/3 cup serving actually weighs more than what it should.0 -

Yes, I definately need one...thanks0 -
I just ordered one for $25 on amazon.
The main issue with beef is finding the right amount of calories for the cut you have. I usually totally fail at it. If you enter the brand and cut name it should help though...0 -
Definitely buy a food scale.
But aside from that - it's about the size of a deck of cards. They used to say it's the size of your fist, but fists come in all different sizes!0 -
palm of your hand
This is a good guide...as long as it isn't an inch and a half thick cut. lol.0 -
