Let's talk about boobs

...No men allowed.

For all you weight-journey ladies who have lost 2 or more cup sizes along the way, have you found that your boobs ever readjust to their new small size? I was between a C and a D after having my son, and when I stopped nursing they shrank down to a sad saggy A.

The size didn't bother me, it's the shape I wasn't happy with. But lately I've notices they're starting to perk up a little. Can I expect them to keep tightening up as I lose more weight and tone all over my body? Is there hope for my "girls"?

Anyone have success stories of going from big knockers to cute little bee stings?

Pics would be nice, But I think for the sake of the mods I'll just have to take your words for it.

Thank you for this topic! Mine are flat at the top and full at the bottom. I have nursed 3 children. Vicky Secrets Push Ups works wonders. I noticed some the full at the bottom has left as I have begun the drop the pounds. I was reading articles about doing exercises such as chestflys to hopefully perk them up.

Thanks again for this topic..looking forward to the replies..

More than a handful is a waste - apparently.

For mine there was no hope. But I lost 200 pounds, so my story is very different. I did get a breast lift and am thrilled with my small yet perky boobs now : )

Would love to see your before weight loss photos...excellent...wow a true dedication to lose all that weight:smile: ...as far as boobs...I was a size 44 E before I lost close to 50 pounds...now I'm a 42DD....I have to buy really formed bras to hold these girls up

Mine were like deflated balloons after breastfeeding. I was always a small B cup. Full D while breasfeeding and then a small saggy not quite full B after I stopped breastfeeding. Implants were my savior and I would do it all over again....but I like big vs small....just personal preference!

Chest presses make a difference. Building muscle is almost as awesome as an underwire bra.
  • I've seen some girls on here talking about bench press helping perk up the girls, but no experience myself. I've been wearing the same 40C bras from 240 down to my current 168, I was actually hoping my girls would shrink a bit as I'm pretty small framed for my height but so far no luck :(

Speaking of Miss Victoria and her secret, I have a feeling I should go get measured. LOL

Well, then I am very environmentally (boob-mentally?)-conscious!

Your title = boobs and you say women only! Ha! I bet all the guys answer.

There is hope for your boobs given you have the right skin elasticity. Some people will be able to shrink down nicely, others won't. It does sound like yours will be just fine though.

Down from 42J to 36DD. They aren't too bad, probably due to lifting.

I was always a full B cup. Gained 25 pounds, went up to D cups. I loooooooved my boobies then. Awesome squishy big boobies.

Anyways, i lost 20 pounds, i'm back to a full B cup, and i swear they went away with the very first 5 pounds i lost.:grumble:
They're still nice though, just smaller. Maybe strength training helped with that.

Well so far my boobs seems to be the first thing shrinking lol. Mine are already such a lost saggy cause, I haven't thought too much about it. I think I am worrying more about my remaining stomach apron when it all said and done.

34DD to 32B - not impressed. I'm now working on eating more and doing more weights/less cardio and i'd say they're a 34C and a good shape/height, I could be happy if they stay like this!

Basically you cannot do much about the stretched fatty cells or skin but you can tone up the muscles surrounding the boob. Find a resistance( weights, swimming, etc.) you like and build that muscle.

Mine went from a 38DD to a 34 DD/36D depending on the bra. I will be getting a boob job if not this year, next. I've already made up my mind. I have noticed that they are getting a little perky since I've been lifting the last month.
