Newbie

Hi Everyone,

My name is Michele and I'm new here. I have recently had weight loss surgery (vertical sleeve gastrectomy) and need some buddies to help me through this journey. I believe in the buddy system..helping each other through the successes and down cycles. I am not good at revamping recipes and pretty much know very little about nutrition and healthy eating. I am winging this and on my own.
