Salad Bars---love them? hate them? pet peeves?

I hit the salad bar almost every day at work. (Our company buys our lunches) There are always so many yummy things on the salad bar, but I have learned to stay away from certain things. I usually have the same veggie salad with chicken thrown in there from time to time. I also love balsamic vinegar as my dressing.

The one pet peeve I have, and I apologize if I offend anyone, are the people who take a little bit of every single option on the bar. I'm not saying you don't have that right of course, but the people that I usually get behind that do this are always so slow about it and then they backtrack to get something that they overlooked. But, nevertheless, I am patient, and simply wait my turn.
