My guess is that you are not eating enough to properly fuel your body.

Read the links above for the road map, calculate your BMR and TDEE and eat below TDEE but above BMR.

Jasmine, sometimes lowering calories that much can backfire. That's what happened to me. I wanted fast results so I was netting probably about 1,000 calories per day but not losing. This is my second week of increasing my calories. I'm monitoring my weight and I'll make adjustments if need be.

    Jasmine,
what's your BMR and TDEE that you have calculated? Did you use TDEE sedentary or light active? I think there is something wrong in your calculation because putting age 25 and your stats I get 1500 calories for desk job.

Try scoobie for a quick calculation.

I just used this TDEE it hgave me 2100 calories so i -20% which sits me at 1680 calories a day. I'm going to try this and see how it works. I was using the recommended calories by MFP which was 1300.

But MFP also expects you to log and eat back the calories gained from exercise which would have you eating 1600-2000 calories per day. Pretty close to the TDEE recommendation.

Opening your diary would help as well.

Were you using the MFP figure and eating your exercise calories back which you are suppose to do?

Jasmine, because you were undereating, it is going to take a couple of weeks for your metabolism to readjust. Is 1680 with 1-3 workouts, or 4-5? Also, do you calculate calories burnt from the mfp website? What is your exercise routine?
