New and Soon to be Improved!!

Hey everybody, I'm new to fitness pal. My husband and I are both trying it out. So far, one week out, we have both lost weight. It is really helping us keep accountable for what we eat. I have issues limiting my portions and have a forbidden love affair with bread so this is going to be tough for me. Hopefully this will work to help me shed my extra pounds. I've always struggled with my weight but am encouraged by such a supportive community here!
