today i had a lunch portion of thai restaurant food - called Pad Sarm Sahai- was white rice about a cup, stir fry broccoli, carrots bamboo shoots with chicken in a brown sauce. This is the name of the restaurant. Amarin Thai Cuisine . in Utica Michigan Shelby Township.
If anyone can help me figure the calories on this I would appreciate it.
