Made First Mini-Goal Today

I am so thankful for MFP! In four weeks I've lost 10.1lbs! YEA!!

This is the first time in four years of trying I've been able to stick to a weight loss plan. Actually being able to see the calories I'm eating has been great. Plus everyone's encouraging stories.

    Thanks for the congratulations! I was nervous about getting on the scale this morning, but am so glad I did!
