How to log in food?

I was up until 2 or 3 am last night. I was at work until 11 didn't get home until 12 a.m. I had like 300 calories left for the day but didn't eat them until after midnight. I still counted them as Fri. food because I hadn't gone to sleep yet. What do you do in these situations? What should I have done?

    I would have done the same thing...except I probably would have skipped logging them and just gone to bed because I would have been so tired! lol Good for you!
  • I agree! Forget it, it was your days calories. It all evens out in the end. The best of luck to you.

    I would have logged them under Friday as well. I figure a new day starts when I wake up the next morning!
