Cinna-PB and Mango/Blueberry Protein Smoothie - with Spinach

I have been experimenting with finding alternative smoothie recipes that are a good source of protein, fat and spinach in the mornings, instead of my normal oats or omelet. I've recently discovered the amazing combination of vanilla + cinnamon + PB + mango/blueberry and wanted to try it as my morning smoothie. It makes a great dessert so I figured breakfast had to be great...
I was right!
Into my Ninja, in this order...
5 ice cubes
30 gram vanilla ice cream flavoured whey isolate
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
1 Tbsp natural PB
70 grams baby spinach
100g frozen mango pieces, unsweetened
70g frozen blueberries
8oz unsweetened almond milk
Blend everything together for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Once blended, serve in your largest glass. It's enormous! :bigsmile:
Rough stats with my ingredients - 357 calories, 11g fat, 31g protein, 9g fiber
Totally delicious!

Thank you for posting all these recipes. I have recently broke down and started drinking my spinach too. Only reason I never did it sooner was because I like eating spinach just in a salad and in a smoothie it felt like a waste of flavour. But eating four cups of spinach takes way longer than drinking four cups so time wins again.0

Most welcome! Spinach smoothies are becoming my favourite breakfasts. I prefer them with spinach than without. You'll never go back!0

I put spinach in all of my smoothies and love it. I just add my ingredients into my magic bullet and cram as much spinach as I can :-)0
