Cardio/strength interval training - logging?

How should I log this morning's workout? Went to the gym and she had us doing intervals of cardio with intervals of strength...not sure if I should just stick it under aerobics or what???

    Until you treat yourself to a Heart Rate Monitor, you can log it as "Calisthenics".

    Maybe circuit training, general?

    I put mine under Circuit training. There is another website where you can look up circuit training calorie calculator and put in your weight and how long you exercise and it will give you and extimate of the number of calories burned.
