I am 3 pounds away from hitting the 170's pound mark. today weighing in at 182 pounds. so far I have lost 68 pounds.

    Great job!

    I felt like doing cartwheels when I hit the 170s recently! I got down to 175 when I was sick a couple weeks ago, but I'm back up to 179. I'm guessing it is because I hardly ate anything during the week I was sick and I didn't exercise at all.

    Now I guess I'm retaining water weight and fluids from exercising.

    I can definitely relate to your happiness!

    I am less than 1 lb away from -35 lbs lost, and less than 4 pounds away from being in the 150s......OMG 150s!!!!!

    And you are catching up :)
