Mine goes like this (my asthma/allergies have been on a massive rampage lately and at times I struggle breathing doing nothing)...
Me: I really should rest, my chest is tight and breathing is a struggle...
RV: You have your inhaler and your breathing is already 90% better than it was this morning AND your chest isn't hardly tight at all.
Me: What if it starts acting up?
RV: Are you kidding me? Tonight is weight/strength for one but if cardio is involved you have your inhaler or stop if it gets bad.
Me: You know I won't stop once I start working out; I always have to finish!
RV: Yep...I know0 -
