FRUSTRATING... need help

Hi,
For the last 2 weeks I started a new work out routine.... I do bootcamp (with weights) 3x a week and attend a zumba class 3x a week... per my heart rate monitor I burn around 600 calories at bc and about 500 at zumba.... I've been eating around 1300-1400 calories per day ... about 80 grams of protein, 60-80 oz of water, fat intakes is about 30-40 grams a day and about 150 carbs
but my weight has not changed in two weeks...
what am I doing wrong? any suggestions? (my fat intakes is about 30-40 grams a day and about 150 carbs)

Give it another week...
When you first start to exercise and increase it to the level that you did, your body is going to hold water. Are you noticing water retention or soreness at all?
Also, are you eating back your calories from all those exercising. 1300 - 500 = 800 calories per day. Way to low. If you are still not losing try to add in more calories.0 -
