Weight Lifting Routine For Women

I want to start a weight routine between doing Insanity every other day.
I have a bar with weights and two free weights.
I'm looking for a simple but effective routine that I can do with this basic equipment. Most i have found involve benches, bands etc.
If anyone knows a good one or one that they have made up and use I would really appreciate it.

I have the same equipment as you & no desire to go to the gym. Since I keep hearing about this book too, I just ordered a digital version for my Kindle from Amazon. I hope it helps!!0

What kind of results does it give?
I'm after a similiar sort of look to the women in the Insanity workout.0
