I have been doing the P90X for 1 year now and Also joined fitness pal..I have only lost 5lbs ..from 150 to 145. I have been eating healthy and not sure what Im doing wrong. My body feels great but I havent shed the lbs like I was expecting..
I workout 5 days a week!!!No soda or fast foods!! I dont know what else to do.

Okay, I looked back several weeks into your diary. I saw a few things....
1. Are you logging your workouts with P90X correctly?
The reason I ask this is because with Plyometrics I would burn almost 600+ calories during that video and with the strength training I was burning about 300+.
2. If you are going to use the site as intended, then you should be eating back the calories given. The website already creates a deficit for you. Also, what is your goal? The closer you are to your goal weight the harder it gets, and so the less you should expect to lose. If you are with in 20 pounds of your goal weight I would consider trying to lose no more than .5 - 1 lb per week.0
