It'll make your wallet lighter - there are least 100 threads about how it's nothing but a scam.0

I am terribly sorry you got suckered in to this mess. No, it's useless.0

You're better off drinking regular coffee or caffeinated tea.0

Exactly. Coffee and tea do have a slight appetite suppressant in a subtle sort of way. It won't make you stop wanting food. Coffee bean extract isn't going to do anything that a can of Red Bull doesn't do. It's caffeine and will do what caffeine does just as if you drank coffee. It won't do anything else but empty your wallet.
There are no special foods to buy to lose weight. You have to work with your calorie budget. That's all there is to it.0 -
Unless you use it as a placebo, no it does not.0

I've found out that for me hot green tea, hot chocolate or hot soup help to supress the HUNGRIES !!!
Give it a try.0 -
The science on green coffee extract is promising, but the study size was small and there is much warning from scientists that (A) it would need to be replicated through other, bigger studies performed in a variety of ways. There are loads of studies all the time that seem to show one thing or another, but so many of those things have fallen by the wayside after further study. It takes a robust body of research to show that something is effective. (B) No one has looked yet at possible down sides, such as malabsorption of nutrients.
Here's a good article that should answer your questions:
