Hey all!

Just signed up, started new diet yesterday... looking forward to slimming down... tired of feeling this way about myself! Any suggestions for good exercises with a busy schedule...

    when you say busy, does that mean busy as in active, running around? cuz that can count as exercise.

    and its the little things that add up that help :D taking stairs instead of elevator, etc etc
