What are you not doing enough of?

We all have things we enjoy doing, exercise-wise, and things we don't like as much. Maybe this thread can motivate us to do the stuff we don't like as well by reminding us!

I don't do nearly enough stretching. I'm not sure why I don't like it, but I don't.

    I hate weight training....but I know I need to do it to go to the next level

    Will start incorporating it in my workout, starting Monday

    I need to do more strength training. I do it maybe 2x/week, but I love when I see results. I don't know what that doesn't motivate me to do more.

    I don't stretch enough, either. If it's not "forced" on me, like at the end of a DVD workout, I tend to skip it. And I notice it the next day when I don't stretch.

    I need to stretch, because I really feel it after a half hour run when I don't. That should teach me but it doesn't for some reason!
    Also I need to be strength training more because I want the results, but it's just not "fun" for me.

    I LOVE running on the treadmill and would do that exclusively if it would provide the results I desire but I do need to tone, so I have to resign myself to doing the "boring" parts too....

    That was me for a very long time...just keep a half gallon bottle with you all the time and drink it throughout the day every time you look at it. That will get you drinking more water :)

    Stretching does seem boring.

    I feel better when I do it though! I keep my mp3 plugged in while stretching. And the difference it makes is so much worth it!!

    I don't do nearly enough of any exercising. I have arthritis in my knees and I can't get past the pain, even though I know if I can give it a few weeks, it will get better.

    Stretching is definately my least favorite thing. I know I need to make myself do it and make time in my morning to do it. Okay...how??? LOL!!!

    Try walking it is easy on the knees and will make you feel better.

    I don't do enough cross training, like biking and swimming and weights. I just run, because I think that's the only thing that works. Maybe after I lose my first 20 I'll dare to put on a bathing suit and swim at a gym.... Or even join a gym!

    As for water, I drink 3 liters a day. I keep my water right in front of me on my desk, and try and take a drink every 10 minutes. It keeps me from snacking all day.
