Enough of this counting calories for just 5 minutes
If you could eat ANYTHING at all with no consequences what would it be..?
Breakfast:
French Toast with Bacon
Lunch:
Scampi and Chips
Double Chocolate Gateau (slightly heated up)
with Vanilla Ice Cream
Dinner:
Fillet Steak with Diane Sauce and Dauphinoise Potatoes
Stick Toffee Pudding
back to my carrot sticks for now LOL

Well OPs ideal food sounds good to me.
But I am not in the habit of denying myself anything at all. Its just the quantities I'd increase. Like 2 portions of cake instead of one! I think if I wasn't counting calories I would have a whole garlic bread, instead of one slice0 -

To OP I just looked at the calorie count for all that and it was around 1750, so why can't you eat it? even if you are on a very low calorie plan, you can get all that by doing 2 hours on the bike.0 -
