I am no stranger to this website, I have used it in the past with great success!
This winter has not been the best for me, I have gained about thirty pounds since I put my bike up last fall.I am still very active during the winter months with snow shoeing, cross country skiing and shoveling out from Blizzards! ( I survived "NEMO")
But the weight finds me! (My eating habits need help!)
Before when I used this website, I did not take advantage of the community support system..... So many of you, with so much to offer!

Hey. I'm kind of in the same boat, I lost about 85lbs last year, but over the last few months since I moved to the USA I've not been monitoring myself - I can hopefully help with the eating habits, though, I have that part down pat as long as I actually pay attention to it!
  • Sorry for my delayed response, my internet can be spotty sometimes. But hey, glad to see people are in the same boat as I, would like to add you as a friend!

Hi from one Mainer to another! :) Hope you can find your way back to using MFP and getting that great support it offers! Don't know about you, but I'm so ready for Spring. There's hiking to be had!

Where in Maine? I grew up in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. My Dad is still living in the house I was raised in. CT suffered from Nemo as well. That is where I raised my crew.

I live in Lewiston. I love Cape Elizabeth! Love having picnics at Ft. Williams park! So gorgeous.

    Welcome! Massachusetts here!

Winter is hard for me too and I joined after the holidays to get myself back on track.

    Add me if you'd like.

I worked at Two Lights Lobster Shack for a couple of years as a teenager.
