    Thanks for having the courage to post this! I come here for the success stories to keep me going too, because it does seem to be an impossible task (and one I've tried and failed at repeatedly) to lose 40+ lbs. Love your enthusiasm and you look awesome! Great job.

    I have tried and failed numerous times also! However, I was 'dieting'. I did not see it as a lifestyle change. I saw it as a quick fix and then thought that I could go back to what I was doing and be okay. I learned pretty quickly that I can't do that!

    Please don't get discouraged! You have no idea how startled I am at the difference just 22 lbs makes! I can't wait to see the next 22 lbs gone!
