I just wanted to drop in and say hello! My aerobics instructor invited me to join this site. I've been going to the gym 5 days a week since November 2009, up until recently. At the beginning of May, once the school semester was over and spring fever really hit me, I sort of slipped with gym attendance. I haven't been to the gym 5 days a week since then - 3-4 days being tops, only once last week. So, I figured it was time to get my butt refocused so I don't loose everything I've worked for in the past 7 months. I thought I'd give this site a try.

    I am definitely loving it here! So far this is the best site I've come across for weight loss!
