I would have to say the best exercise you can ever do is the plain old push up.
Whenever I get motivated and do 100s of push ups a day, I am asked the question what motivates me to do so many?
My answer is simple the results of these push ups work on my shoulders, arms, legs and entire body.
Did not see the results at first but now into my 7th week of doing at least 2000 a week my arms, chest and shoulders
are being positively commented on without solicatation.
I recommend the push up as you can do this anywhere and anytime.
