Nightshift Eating

Hey guys

How does everyone deal with eating on a night shift? I am trying to follow insanity nutrition guide as best i can but stuggling this week as I am working nights. Its tough to get everything in :(

    Funnily enough it tells you to eat!

    Any other insainty users then have to work nights?

    Dont know about your specific program. I ate breakfast before going to bed, snack upon waking, dinner, snack around 1am and lunch around 4.
