"Thin" or "Ideal" weight for 5'7?

I was wondering what the thin or ideal weight is for a 5'7 male. I have lost 20 lbs so far and am not seeing much change, some change, but not too much. i have gone from 184 to 164 :D!!!!!!!! But what should i aim for to look my best?

    I would recommend just losing some fat and gaining muscle. When you think you look good, you'll want to stay there. Weight is irrelevent. A lot of it depends on body composition (fat vs muscle) and bone structure.

    Yeah, that's actually a fairly good weight for a man.

    Kick it into gear with your weight training and I think you'll be happy there.

    I still have lots of stomach fat though.. im not happy here, and neck fat.

    5'7, probably 155-185 depending on muscle and BF%.. if your BF% is high go lift some weights and eat right

    Is there a way to calculate BF%? Im 100% sure that i have very little muscle. but is there a way to know how much is fat?

    You can pay to have it tested. There are body fat scales you can buy, but most of those aren't super accurate.

    Although its not exactly accurate you can use an online calculator ( like http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/mbf/)
    If you always use the same calculator you can at least see if your BF% is changing
