Hi. I used to on here as workoutwarrior76 and I deleted my account due to a stalker. This person had actually stalked me before and I had to get the police involved. They tracked me to this website and outside this website and this time they actually landed in jail. So that is my warning... be careful, insanely careful how much personal info you give out on here or any website. That especially means phone numbers as ppl can track you down that away. Even the most innocent person may not be as they seem.
Anyway... if we were friends before lets be friends again.

    Thanks for the warning. That is scary. I am glad they are in jail now. I just rejoined myself. Maybe this time will be a better experience, (and for me) and a more successful experience! :)

    the only thing I could think of when I read your user name was the commercials for the Duck Dynasty where they said "The Beards are Back", anyway... one of my families favorite shows.

    Thanks for the warning...I have been just accepting friends as they request without any thought that someone might have other intentions than just friendship and a common goal to become healthier etc... I hope you have a better experience this time around :smile:
