Body fat measurement differs by 2% when done with Accu measure calipers and Biometric scale...which one should I take into account?

Calipers (in the hands of a trained individual) are a little more accurate. Only way to know 100% is to get a DEXA scan. 2% difference isn't much and is probably within the margin of error for both measurements.0

I will look into DEXA scan..
Calipers say 33.5% and scale says 35.5%.0
