As a follow-on from my Fat Girl Dead-lifting post... (Just for fun).

At the end of our session last night, I asked my trainer to take some photos of me squatting, and I made a animated gif out of them. In these images I'm squatting 80kg/175lbs.

I'm not sure I've used the correct last image, as I don't think it shows full depth.

As with Dead-lifts having extra padding around the mid-section is an issue when it comes to squat form for larger women.

Doing squats with a wider stance to allow your belly space is the key.

    PS - nice work, and as a fat guy I agree on the wide stance thing. Hell I recommend wide stance to everyone, there's no real reason not to do it.
