Today is my first time on MFP in 4 months.... and i am officially climbing back on the wagon.
I dont know how it happened really. I was clean eating, exercising daily, logging my food daily.... and losing weight! Then i think i started missing a day here, a day there.... then 2 days......
and now here i am 4 months later, 5 kilos heavier.....
But today is a new day!
Does anyone else get side tracked like this every now and then?

lots of people get burn outs on occassion or get patches of lazy- for let's face it logging food and watching what we eat and especially exercise is work on top of what we already have to do each day. It comes down to, though, are you worth the work? I think everyone is but only oneself can answer that question. Feel free to friend a fellow back on the wagon mfper

Life sometimes gets in the way but the only real failure is if you give up altogether, welcome back!!0

Joined 11/2010... went 730+ days without missing a day... I signed in but the weight fell slowly because I didn't change my eating habit, I just ate less.
It works and it doesn't work. Yeah I've lost weight but I wonder how much more I would have lost had I done thing differently?
Oh well... can't change your life just like that and I long ago gave up worrying about it all0 -
am definitely glad to be back! I know that i am accountable when i keep track and record EVERYTHING i eat on MFP.... i think when i am not logging in i convince myself i havent actually eaten that much during the day.
looking forward to dropping the 5kg (again) and the rest!0 -
Oh Yea, I have. Deactivated my account twice and am back on the third time. Had my AHA moment about a week ago and am now ready to stick to this lifestyle change. I did good for awhile, too, then just gave in to cravings. I didn't make it a lifestyle change, but now I am determined to make it last. Friend request coming your way. :-)0
