So I started using MFP a little over a year ago. I started off strong, then fell off. I got back on the wagon, then got distracted again.

One thing I have learned is that this is a lifestyle change. Its all about making realistic changes and finding something I enjoy doing so I stick with it.

I started taking dance classes and that was it. I'm hooked! It started with just one class a week and now I've joined the company. I dance 8 hours a week. I eat better now because I want to have energy for the rehearsals and fit into the costumes. I finally found what works or me.
I still have bad days and my diet is not perfect but I'm getting there... slowly but surely :happy:
