Hi everyone......I have just started this journey 6 days ago, and already feel so much healthier and more energized. Have noticed some other MFP people have been on the Jillian Michael s 30 day shred dvd and silly me have just done level 1 for 20 mins and it nearly killed me, but I kept going.......hope tomorrow will be a lot easier than today. It felt like doing aerobics for hour plus. Will let you know how I fell tomorrow when I go down that same track tomorrow. Please feel free to friend me for I love support and motivation. Thanks...

I have been doing this for about three months myself. Give yourself a pat on the back for starting this journey. The first step is sometimes the hardest to take. You will have your up and downs, but don't beat yourself over it. Imagine your goal just right in front of you almost at your finger tips. Anytime you feel discouraged, think of how good you felt when you were healthy. The jullian michaels 30-shred is no joke! I about died when I started level one. I do it mainly on the weekends, b/c I work out 5-days a week at the gym after work. I say in about a couple of weeks, I will be moving onto level two. Go at your own pace.
