Can I just mention that your goal weight might be a tad unhealthy for your height? I'm 5' 4" and I look sickly under 120 pounds. I understand it's not the case with everyone, but it's just something to think about.

I'm 5'6 my lowest weight of 115 I always hated and am really shocked you at your height are going for that weight goal. I am actually aiming as a realistic start to g from 213 to 170ish. Then from there back to my weight of three years ago of 150-155 which at my height is a healthy weight nor does it make me look fat. I want to lose and tone but maintain the curves it took me years to get :-)0
