Going back to school...

Wow, I haven't been on here in a while... sooooo... I am going to try to get under 200 by August 18th. That's about 10 weeks and I'm around 217 -ish right now. So, a little less than 1.5 lbs a week. I figure that's do-able. As long as I get off my lazy butt and do it! LOL.

If anyone is going back to school in the fall and wants to join me, I'd love the company and accountability. :smile: Keep up the good work, you guys!

    Start my vacation on Friday. Kids have until Wed. 1/2 day and us teachers until Friday. Going to work my *kitten* off this summer with my FLs lifestyle and exercise program. Will weigh tomorrow and want to lose 20 lbs. before school starts again. Let's go for it. I wish you luck.:flowerforyou:

    I just finished Grad school in March. Great experience but happy not to have homework anymore LOL

    I am going back to finish my Vocal Performance degree. Completed 2 years, got married, tried to continue... didn't. LOL. But now I'm going back. Hopefully only 2 (maybe 3) years left, so I will finish this and then we can start trying to have babies!! :happy: Anywho... The scale at my house says nothing even close to what the scale at the gym says, so I will be weighing in on the scale at my gym. I will try to do it every Friday. The last time I was on that scale, it was probably about 2 weeks ago and it said 217. So that's what I'll start with.

    Starting weight: 217 6/4/10
    Goal weight: 199 (or lower) 8/13/10 - the Friday before I start classes

    I am so bad about not logging my food and exercise in on here, so that's one of my main goals. LOL! So... that's all for now! Good luck, everyone! :smile:

    So, I changed my weigh-in days to Mondays. :blushing: I figured it would make me more accountable over the weekends. hahaha! Since today is Monday, I weighed in at the gym today... I am now at 213!! Since I saw my trainer last, I have lost 4 pounds, and since last Monday, I have lost 2!!! Sooooo stinking excited! :happy: YAYAYAYAY! So, that's my excitement for the day! I hope everyone's doing well!!

    Starting weight: 217 6/4/10
    Previous weight: 215 6/7/10 -2 lbs
    Current weight: 213 6/14/10 -2 lbs
