    Wow, there are a lot of VERY low goal weights being thrown around here! Don't forget, men like curves ladies, it's not all about weight, it's about shape :tongue:

    In saying that, I am 25, female in UK:

    Highest weight 154 lb
    Current weight 141 lb
    Lowest weight 130 lbs
    Goal weight 137 lb & toned!

    Before I met my fiance I was relatively steady at 146 lbs, but had terrible eating habits and a terrible diet. When we started going out and he introduced me to eating nutritious, healthy food regularly, my relationship with food improved dramatically, unfortunately portion control went out of the window, and the pounds started creeping on! I'm aiming to get back to the steady weight I was while eating rubbish, and then re-evaluate fom there, I was at my lowest weight working a hideous job for 2 years and pretty much stopped eating, I looked gaunt and ill, and I'd rather aim high and keep going a bit than set myself an unrealistic / unhealthy target.

    My ultimate goal is to get between 160-170....but I'm really just trying to get out of the 200s. I can't wait to see 199 on the scale.

    Current weight 188 lbs
    Lowest weight 135 lbs (I looked way too skinny, in my opinion)
    Goal weight 150 lbs (or whatever gets me back in my prepregnancy clothes!)

    Highest weight, 3 years ago: 203 lbs.
    Current weight: about 132 lbs. (though I'm 138 this week because of bloating from medicine)
    Lowest weight: 124 lbs.

    Goal weight: 128-130 lbs.

    I am super athletic and have a lot of muscle, and when I go under 125 (which happened when I was not eating much at all) I start to look unhealthy. 130 seems to be the best for me.

    I'm doing under 100g of carbs, high protein, lots of fruit and veggies. Cutting out processed food, junk food and sugary beverages.
