current - 163 (although fitting into most of the clothes I kept from when I was 147)

Goal Weight: 172.2 pounds (It WAS 145 because that's where I looked good in my early 30s, but I did hydrostatic testing and 172 is where I should be if I want to maintain my current muscle mass with 25% body fat. Any less than that and I'll be losing muscle along with the fat - and I NEED that muscle to keep up with my two toddlers.)0 -
