Trying to stick to it

Hi everyone, I'm Tania. I'm not new to this site, but I've never really been able to stick to it for very long. I think that having a community will help. I am 25 and a girl and I weigh 114 and want to loose 10lbs. I want to both eat healthy and feel thin. As a child/teen I was always very thin, I could eat anything I wanted. However, after the last few years (I guess because of age and health) my metabolism seems to have slowed. In the past year I have gained 20lbs. I'm trying to stay in the under 1200 calorie range msg if you have tips, inspiration, need support, etc. Hope to get to know all of you better.

Take small simple steps that you can stick with, rather than making big drastic changes that you won't be able to stick with.
If you don't do any exercise, start with walking 10 minutes a day 3/4 times a week...build up to an hour at a time.
If you drink soda, cut it down to the weekends or something you can stick with.
Rome wasn't built in a day, take your time and have fun.0 -
hi there - my name is Jill - not new to this site either - trying really hard to stick to it but it's hard.My motivation is summer - I really want to wear this pair of clothes I have and also I really don't want to wear my mothers clothes. I too was thin until middle of college and then it kind of fell apart so here goes anything.0
