I am new here to this website. I like it a lot. I have lost a few pounds so far. This website has helped me to keep track of my calories and all the other things too. I used to snack a lot like a few other people too, but i have cut down on that. Thank goodness. I am eating healthy more now than i did before. I think it makes you feel better when you have lost a few pounds. I know i can already tell the difference. Keep going and don't quit. That would be my best advice to anyone who is new at this. And God loves us no matter what we look like.

    I just joined also seems to be a pretty good app, easy to track food intake. My goal is to loose 2 lbs a week.
