I hope to reach my goal weight one day but taking it one day at a time. I gained my weight because of not eating enough. I have back problems and for a long time my pain over took my desire to eat or do anything. so I was putting my body into starvation and it would store it as fat. ts kinda funny how people think you can just get fat from over eating. when the truth is you can gain because of over eating or under eating. now I have finaly got my pain under control its time to take control of rest of my life.0 -

My ultimate goal is to lose a few pounds but really tone up by arms, thighs and butt! I'm 31 and need to get in a good system of working out and eating right so I stick with it through my later years in life. Plus I want to be a good role model to my girls about eating healthy and working out a few times a week. I grew up on fast food and pop. I don't want that for them.

I'm not 100% sure what my Goal weight really is. I need to be under 205 lbs for the Army and my age/height to not be taped (checking body fat). BMI says 184 is the top end of a healthy weight for my height. So we'll adjust goal weight when I get down to 190-ish and see what I'm looking/feeling like at that point.0 -
