Bit of a motivational thread here really.
What's your favorite thing to do that spurs you on if you start feeling weakened / bored of your commitment to goals?
To get the thread going, here's some of my suggestions:
- Prep tomorrows diary and make it better than today's
- Reflect on my previous posts
- Take a new photo and compare it with an old one/the previous one
- Get up and out and about and do something fun/different.
Tonight I'm going to check out the cross fit gym at the fort by us for a change.

I find that God/the universe/whatever-you-believe-in puts things in my life if I will only look around and notice them.
For example: in my email this morning - How to Stick to a Habit When Life Falls Apart http://zenhabits.net/bumps/ It starts with a quote that right now I need to hear: ‘If you’re going through hell, keep going.’
I won't go into details, but my life is really falling apart right now. This was exactly what I needed, at exactly the right time.0 -

Thanks! I thought I'd stress the positive - should probably add:
- messaging MFP friends seeing how their getting on for the day/week
- setting news goals and adding these to my profile
- working out how to fund/gift myself a present for achieving a new goal hehe
- finding like minded people on MFP using the search facility or reading the POSITIVE threads on the forums (thought I would add one by starting this thread )
- questioning my successes by looking at trends in habits0 -

I love when I finish a weekly goal and I can start a new set of goals. I love to think about my meal for tomorrow, and how good I can make it and how much I will eat. Reaching my goals and getting a reward!0
