    Highest Weight: 310ish
    Current Weight: 251
    Lowest Weight: 190ish back in high school
    Goal Weight: 215-220 (hoping to hit that towards the back end of summer or at least in the ball park)

    Highest weight- 209 lbs (95kg)
    Current Weight- 204.6lbs (93kg)
    Lowest weight- ummm after puberty - would be about 154 lbs (70kg) in year 10 - so at about 15
    Goal weigh - 130 lbs to 140lbs (60-65kg) but I will be happy to be a size 10-12 Aus =D if I get smaller than that I will be shocked!!

    Once get that size I'll be ignoring the scale any way and working on the inches =)

    Original goal weight 170- Hit in November 2011
    Lowest weight i ever was- 169 Hit that same November

    I run and work out alot now and i have hard time keeping at that weight when i work out that much. I'm 178.8 right now, adjusted my goal weight to 175 that i am trying to hit before i leave on vacation in two weeks.

    (I'm doing Insanity right now i'm getting more muscle witch is sweet. I will get lower than my goal weight start in June as i start training hard core for my first full marathon in Oct. )

    Have been laid up due to injury and haven't been able to exercise for about 8 weeks! That plus Christmas = bad news!
    Need to get back in shape. Anyone with similar goals, would be great to do this together!

    Was on meds that put me from 128 to 155 in 45 days. Lots of med changes and more weight gain but i"m slowly loosing it. Quite all meds and that was the start of the lose.

    if your going to be doing strength training (workouts) which i highly suggest dont concentrate so much on scale numbers go by your inches and your pants fitting.. these are true fitness and weight goals. as you start to build muscle it will take the place of the fat and the two weight the same muscle dont weight more than fat and vice versa.

    LW:I used to weigh 90lbs in high school twenty years ago. I have had a total of eight children. I had my first four young and weighed 115 ten years ago. After I turned thirty and had four additional children I put on extra weight and have also become more insulin resistant. Overeating, sedintary lifestyle combined with the insulin issues is a combination for obesity. I would like to loose weight but really interested in being toned and healthy.
