    I think it has something to do with TDEE
    or was it BMR?
    maybe ASAP?
    Oh wait, I think it really all depends on the day of the week and Wednesdays are excluded.

    I think something is missing. Based on the above formula, the cinnamon roll I am eating right now is 0 points. That can't be right, can it?

    Also, can I count my Diet Pepsi in my daily water servings?

    If you dunk the cinnamon roll in your Diet Pepsi, the sugar and sodium will cancel each other out but then you'll have to count it all as protein.
    But I think the OP was asking about favorite sodas.
    Mine is Diet Coke with Lime.

    also...muscle does NOT weigh more than fat - it's simply more denser...
