I went from 308 to 221 in about 8 months.... then I went through a divorce and some personal issues and in about a year I regained back some weight. So, October 2012 I weighed in at 258. As of last week, I weigh in at 234.5. I still have a way to go for my goal but I will just be thrilled to be under 200 pounds. I have not been under 200 pounds in 17 years...0 -
