I had a yumtastic breakfast burrito (HG):
low-fat flour tortilla
turkey bacon
egg substitute
fat free cheese
It should have been a total of 239 cals, 3g fat, 27g carbs but I had a few extra pieces of turkey bacon, regualr flour tortilla & 2% cheese but still yummy!
335 cals
28g carbs
16g fat

1 tbsp aunt jemima light syrup *mix it with the pb*
